Creative brief

With your knowledge of your organisation and our experience in web designing, we will create the most effective plan from which to create your website including layout, colour themes, navigation system, images and the content itself.

Post development

Throughout the website development stages, we will always aim to keep you updated of progress with regular meetings to demonstate the work done to date. This will help ensure you are pleased with progress and to allow for you to make any changes to your website if necessary.

Testing mode

Once we complete your website and you are pleased with the final version, we will publish the website in test mode on to the internet. This allows just you view the website on the internet via your own link. You may also wish for your colleagues to view via the link provided to obtain any feedback.

Launch date

Once you are duly satisfied with the final website, we will then publish it onto the actual world wide web via your own domain name. The website will be hosted on our servers for one year from launch date. We will also set up your own email addresses linked to your domain name.

Please note: we will be pleased to host your website after the initial one year period included in your website package. This is a seperate service which is extremely affordable and has the added benefit of our own personal approach. Your domain name must also be renewed each year, and again this is an extremely low price and we will be pleased to assist you with the renewal process.
